You wait for 30 minutes after your scheduled appointment then you see the doctor for 5 minutes.. maybe. Reading this book goes to she how Eve in advanced countries this scenario plays out on a daily basis. Too many patients, not enough time.The writing style here is different than expected . I'm used to seeing either a break in the paragraph or at least some pointer in recognition of who is speaking. In this book everything runs together with no clue just who is speaking and when.Also the number of patients is huge and keeping them separate is difficult ,plus the names are Israeli which is another obstacle.As you begin reading, you are thrown directly into the process of seeing the first patient. Much like opening a door and getting hit wth a pie.You get a glimpse of how stressful a doctors life can become and second guessing comes with the territory . The book continues, patient after patient till even the reader is exhausted.
